Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Aimachine education seats confirmed by invoice or written agreement. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the stated cooling-off window or when Aimachine cancels a cohort without offering a suitable alternative date. Eligibility assumes fees were paid to Aimachine under a confirmed enrollment.

Timeframe for full refund

For cohort seats (Ledger Command and Stewardship Circle), a full refund is available if we receive a written cancellation at least fourteen (14) days before the published cohort start date and you have not accessed live sessions or unlocked the full practice-app workspace.

For Field Review self-paced seats, a full refund is available within seven (7) days of purchase if less than twenty percent of modules have been opened.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between thirteen and five days before cohort start may receive a fifty percent refund of tuition paid, minus non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed on your invoice. After a cohort begins, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise or where Aimachine materially fails to deliver advertised live sessions.

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site intensives already delivered, third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Administrative bank fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Refund process

Email info@aimachine.digital with subject line “Refund”, your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for payment proof.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korean or international account you designate. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by Aimachine

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or request a full refund of tuition paid for that seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions preventing attendance may be considered for goodwill partial credits outside the standard windows, at Aimachine’s discretion and without creating precedent.
